The Iswari Buddha Protein Bars are bars which, in addition to being energetic and satiating due to the presence of nuts and dates, are considerable sources of protein (a characteristic that is not present in Buddha Energy Bars). What is the difference? In these two bars, the content of this nutrient is reinforced by the addition of rice and pea protein, making them an especially convenient solution for post-workout, as they provide more variety and nutrient density than a protein shake. Their sugar content, apart from providing energy, is good for restoring muscle glycogen (sugar reserves) spent during physical exercise. Not only for that specific moment, these bars are a viable option for any individual who wants to increase protein intake in snacks between meals. The cocoa , present respectively, is high in magnesium, iron and potassium, minerals that contribute to muscle maintenance and recovery.
