Of Asian origin, Psyllium (Plantago ovata) contains a soluble fiber that derives from the husk of the seeds of this
plant. These are used to form a powder with a high absorption capacity. It is important to increase the consumption
of water when we increase the daily consumption of fiber in our food!

Suggested use and preparation
Recommended daily dose 10g twice daily 1 teaspoon in 250ml of water. Use in smoothies, porridge, cookies and
breads.
