Scientifically named Arthrospira platensis, this blue-green microalgae has been used as a source of nutrients for
thousands of years. It has a high content of chlorophyll, B vitamins, omega 3, iron and has the highest concentration of protein (up to 70%) known in an organism. This nutritional profile makes Spirulina the ideal superfood to combat fatigue and a great ally for sportspeople.

Gluten free. Contains naturally occurring sulfites. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and mustard.

Preservation

Preserve in dry cool environment, in the dark, no need of refrigeration.

Suggested use and preparation

1-2 teaspoons per day. Add to juices, smoothies, porridge, soups or as a natural color in dishes or desserts.
