Calcium citrate
Lamberts CalAsorb is a dietary supplement that provides elemental calcium in the form of calcium citrate. Calcium citrate is one of the best absorbable forms of calcium, due to its increased solubility. Three CalAsorb tablets per day provide a guaranteed 800mg of elemental calcium, an amount equivalent to the recommended daily intake.
CalAsorb can be combined perfectly with other multivitamin formulas.
This preparation contains a soluble prebiotic fiber, which, as has been shown by numerous studies, increases calcium absorption by improving intestinal flora.
