Lamberts Multi-Guard Iron Free
Iodine & Iron Free Multivitamins
This complete multi-formula provides a wide range of essential nutrients, at clinically relevant levels, but without iron. There are a number of reasons why an iron-free formula may be appropriate – for people with iron sensitivity or for postmenopausal women and men over 50, who require less iron in their diet.
The formula contains vitamins C, E, A, D, B6, B12 folic acid, selenium, zinc and copper, which are important for the immune system / natural defenses. In addition, excellent levels of B vitamins necessary for energy metabolism / conversion of food into energy.
USE
Suitable for vegetarians.
Assimilation time:Â Less than 1 hour.
Dosage:Â 1 tablet daily with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry environment and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
