Our Omega-3 oil was specially developed for committed Omega-3 users who want to supplement with particularly high doses and high effectiveness .

What’s special about this is that we don’t use any concentrates and offer you natural fish oil from sustainable fishing .
Naturally in the highly bioavailable TG (triglyceride) form , so that your body can optimally absorb and utilize the supplied omega-3 fatty acids .

Instructions for use for children*:
- 0-6 years: 5 ml (according to the enclosed dosing aid)
- 6-12 years: 10 ml (according to the enclosed dosing aid)
- from 12 years: 15 ml (regular daily dose according to the enclosed dosing aid)
*The dosage for children should be agreed upon in advance with a pediatrician.
Notes:
It’s best to store our fish oil in a cool, dark place in the refrigerator. This way, your oil will stay fresh for a long time and retain its fresh, fruity flavor.
CAUTION: Extreme cooling without agitation can cause flakes to form in the oil. This is a completely natural process, similar to coconut oil. Store your oil briefly at room temperature and shake it briefly. Afterward, any solidification should have dissolved. This process has no effect on the high quality of our oil.
Do not heat above 60°C. Do not fry. Do not cook with it. The heat destroys the valuable omega-3 fatty acids.

Where does your fish oil come from?
Our fish oil comes from sustainable fishing in the South Pacific. It is wild caught in the open sea. No breeding or feeding facilities are used.

Yes – all our Omega-3 oils come from sustainable fishing and are Friend of the Sea® certified.
Is your oil purified?
Our oil undergoes multiple, extensive purification processes to keep contaminants as low as possible. Our crude oil is already intensively purified in Iceland. Further purification and filtration processes take place at our renowned manufacturer in Germany, in accordance with strict regulatory requirements.
Is your oil independently tested?
Each batch of our products is analytically tested for ingredients, contaminants, and heavy metal contamination by the renowned BAV Institute. Our products are only released for sale after approval.
How long does your oil last?
Unopened, until the end of the best-before date. Once opened, we guarantee a shelf life of 3 months when stored properly (dry, refrigerated, and protected from light).
How should I store your oil?
We recommend storing it in the refrigerator. This will keep your oil fresh for a longer time, and—to be honest—cold oil simply tastes better.
Do I have to swallow your oil pure?
No. It tastes great in natural yogurt, salads, and many other healthy snacks.
Should I take your oil on an empty stomach?
No. Please always take our oil with a meal to increase the absorption of omega-3 fatty acids and improve digestibility. We recommend taking it with breakfast.
Can I use your oil for cooking?
No. If you expose our oil to high temperatures, the valuable omega-3 fatty acids will be destroyed by the heat. Never use it for frying, cooking, or heating it to high temperatures.
Do I have to use the full 15 ml per day?
No. But we still recommend it if you truly want to benefit from all the scientifically proven health benefits (according to EFSA Health Claims) of omega-3 supplementation.
Does it matter if I forget to take it once?
No. Your omega-3 levels in your body build up over time. We recommend a 3-month loading phase with daily intake to improve your omega-3 index as quickly as possible. After that, it’s okay if you miss a day.
Can I overdose?
The EFSA defines 5 g of combined EPA & DHA per day as a safe upper limit. If you take our product as recommended, you can’t overdose.
We source our crude oil from the highest quality sources, and each batch is purified to the best of its ability to remove all contaminants and heavy metals.
