Important micronutrients for the eyes:
- Vitamin A, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), zinc and the omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
- Vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Zinc contributes to a normal carbohydrate metabolism.
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to a normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, biotin and niacin contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system (including the optic nerve).

Intake recommendation:
Take the contents of a packet, (= daily portion), preferably individually with plenty of liquid with or after a meal. The capsules can also be taken throughout the day.

Products’ returns accepted within 10 business days from the time of receipt and if the products are in good condition and the packaging has not unsealed. The return of products is accompanied by the return of the corresponding document.
