Strawberries: Strawberries contain natural alpha hydroxy acids, which cleanse the skin while removing dead cells. They are packed with antioxidants and a natural source of saccharides that help hydrate the skin, protect against free radicals and hyperpigmentation, tighten pores and brighten the complexion.
